Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can offer the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening. If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 15% will be charged to card on file. We understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly.
